Maximal 4 stereo tracks were possible. Now the number of track radios
depend on the number of channels.

Introduce new ffmpeg command for paning multichannel files to stereo
with omitting other channels but two.

I forgot all files that have only one stream but many channels. In that
case I take all channels and declare them mono. So divide them by two
to get the measure pairs. If uneven further processing is denied.

Measured data often needed later. So these data should exported as text
file to %temp%.

 - new button 'Export Data'
 - adjust label for measurement data which is to wide

Extracted wave files should often used later on. So I will use not
standard name 'output.wav' but the name of the original file given.

 - remove file delete 'output.wav'
 - change output file name to original file as wav
