On top there will be all empty lines. If unique is checked I want to
delete this.

Known issue:
If there are lines with whitespaces they will stay and not removed.

Both buttons are no type submit but that is defined aas default. So I
wrote type="button" now to be right according html5.

On mobile devices checkbox and corresponding label sometimes had
different top position. Looked like not belonging together. Now they
are in one div. If width not enough the whole div will step top posi-
tion down.

Removed padding left and right, as textarea growed bigger then body on
mobile divces. Made it taller too. So it won't extend height of device
to much.

I wrote a sentence inside "How to sort" to described what happens if
option "output unique lines only" is set.

Buttons said 'unique' too. But after making the lines unique as an
option to check it had to be removed from the button labels. Had to be
removed from the details 'How to sort' too.
